What is your Returns and Refunds Policy?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Bedpin’s purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund items that you are not 100% satisfied with or that you have received in a damaged or faulty condition within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us with your full name and order details regarding any returns and we will advise of exact process according to the following guidelines.

Items must be in original, undamaged packaging for a credit equivalent to purchase price. If the packaging is damaged, you may only be offered a partial refund.

Shipping back to Bedpins for a change of mind will be at the customer’s expense.

Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Bedpins will pay the cost of return shipping if the product is damaged.

Please ensure that items are well packed and shipped with a tracking number to ensure a safe journey.

Change of mind before order is posted

If you change your mind about a product after an order has been placed, but before it has shipped to you, please contact us as soon as possible. You will be refunded via your original method of payment.

Once goods are received and the refund approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hrs.

We hope you will love your purchase as much as we do, but understand that things happen in life and sometimes we just don’t like what we ordered!
